Shop & ordering

How do I place an order? Add items to your cart and check out as you would on any e-commerce site. We accept all major Pakistani payment methods, international card payments via Stripe, and bank transfer (Meezan Bank). Cash on delivery is available within Pakistan.

Do prices include shipping? No. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

What is your free shipping threshold? Free standard domestic shipping on orders above PKR 15,000. International shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Can I order by WhatsApp? Yes. WhatsApp +92 345 4172225 with your order details and one of our team will assist directly.

Lead times

When will my order ship? In-stock items typically ship within 5 to 7 business days from the Lahore atelier. Made-to-order pieces and custom items have lead times listed on each product page (typically 1 to 12 weeks depending on the item).

Can I get an order faster? For most in-stock items, expedited shipping is available. Made-to-order pieces are produced in the order they are received and can rarely be expedited.

Fabric & wallpaper

How is fabric sold? By the meter, with a minimum order of 2 meters per fabric. Width is listed on each product page.

How is wallpaper sold? By the roll. Each roll is 10 meters long and 53cm wide. Pattern repeats are listed per product.

Can I see fabric or wallpaper before ordering? Yes. We offer free swatches, up to six per request. Request swatches.

Are dye lots consistent? We dye in small lots. Slight variation between lots is part of how the fabric is made. For projects requiring consistency across multiple cuts, please order all fabric at once and request that we cut from a single dye lot.

Custom orders

Do you make custom furniture? Yes. Sofas, beds, dining tables, consoles, and upholstered pieces are made to order in our Lahore atelier. Begin a project.

What about custom curtains? Yes. Full window treatments — curtains, blinds, motorized systems — are made to measure. Begin with a project inquiry.

Do you ship custom orders internationally? We do, with notice. International shipping for furniture and large pieces is quoted per project.

Returns

What is your return policy? We accept returns on stock items in original condition within 14 days of delivery, less return shipping. Custom-made items, cut-to-size fabric, and wallpaper are non-returnable. Full policy: Shipping & Returns.

Trade

Do you offer designer or trade pricing? Yes. Our Trade Program is open to practicing designers, architects, hospitality buyers, and stylists. Trade pricing is tiered by annual project volume.

How long does trade approval take? Three business days for most applications.

Showrooms

Do I need an appointment? Walk-ins are welcome during showroom hours. Booked visits are better — we'll have samples ready and a team member expecting you. Book a visit.

Can I tour the atelier? Yes. Atelier tours are available by appointment for trade members and clients with active projects.
