Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received and verified, except for approved Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

6. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom furniture, made-to-order items, special orders, and cut fabrics cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.

Production timelines may vary depending on materials and manufacturing schedules.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and approved by Barry’s Collection before being shipped back.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product photography, logos, graphics, text, designs, catalogs, and branding materials, is the property of Barry’s Collection and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
