Order Processing

• In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order products may require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated before order confirmation.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered.

Pakistan Deliveries
• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
• Large Furniture Items: 7–21 business days depending on location and logistics requirements

International Deliveries
• Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
• Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance and local regulations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination
• Product size and weight
• Order value
• Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time on qualifying orders.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

Barry’s Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the issue.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Barry’s Collection is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped due to incorrect address information.

Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned due to refusal, customer unavailability, or an incorrect address, any additional shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Furniture & Oversized Deliveries

Large furniture items may require special handling, installation scheduling, or third-party logistics services.

Delivery timelines for oversized items may differ from standard parcel shipments.
