Standard shipping via TCS or Leopards Courier. 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
Free shipping on orders above PKR 15,000.
Same-day delivery available within Lahore for in-stock items, when ordered before 12pm.
Tracking is provided for every order.
International
Standard international shipping via DHL or Aramex.

International orders may incur customs duties and import taxes payable on receipt. These are not included in our shipping fee.
Furniture and large items
Furniture, custom pieces, and large items are shipped separately. Shipping is quoted per item or per project, included in the order proposal. International freight for large items is arranged by separate quote.
Returns
What is returnable
In-stock items in original, unused condition with original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less return shipping.
What is not returnable
- Cut-to-size fabric (sold by the meter)
- Made-to-order furniture
- Custom upholstery
- Wallpaper rolls (once opened)
- Hand-embroidered and hand-block-printed items
- Sale or final-sale items (when applicable)
How to return an item
Write to care@barryscollection.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange pickup within Pakistan or send a return label internationally. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our cost.
