2. Products and pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Prices in other currencies are calculated based on prevailing exchange rates at the time of viewing and may vary.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Slight variations in color, weave, or finish are inherent to handcrafted goods. Where possible, photography reflects the actual product; minor variation between batches and dye lots is part of the craft.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. Until that confirmation, no contract exists.
Made-to-order and custom items begin production once payment is received in full. Cancellation of made-to-order items is not possible once production has begun.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: card (via 2C2P, Stripe), JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (Meezan Bank), and cash on delivery within Pakistan. Payment is processed securely; we do not store payment card details.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

7. Custom and made-to-order items
Custom and made-to-order items are produced to your specifications. They are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
We will share lead times, specifications, and pricing in writing before production begins. Production proceeds on confirmation of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, designs, photography, pattern designs, trademarks — is owned by Barry's Collection or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of or in connection with any product purchased from us is limited to the price paid for that product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
