From drawings to handover in four stages
Specification & Sampling
We start with your drawings, room schedule and brand standards, then propose fabrics, finishes and construction details for each item.
Mock-up Room
For larger projects we fit one complete room first. You sign off the finished result before production starts.
Production at Scale
Cutting, sewing, upholstery and joinery in our Lahore workshop, scheduled backwards from your handover date.
Installation & Aftercare
Our own crews fit everything, floor by floor. After handover we keep spares and respond to service calls.
Common questions
There is no fixed minimum. Most contract projects start at around 20 rooms or 100 pieces, but we also take single boardrooms and receptions.
Yes. We phase installation floor by floor or ward by ward, often at night, so guests, patients or staff are not disturbed.
Martindale counts rubs: how many times you can sit down and get up before the cloth wears. Our high-grade upholstery fabrics are rated 70,000 to 150,000 rubs, which is more than a chair gets in a lifetime. You change it because you want a new look, not because it has worn out.
We recommend it. Hotels insist on fire-rated cloth, and your family deserves at least the same. Most foam and standard upholstery is petroleum-based polyester, so fire spreads fast. FR fabric slows it down and is just as easy to clean.
Every fire-rated fabric ships with its test report. We keep batch records for at least ten years.
Yes. We regularly produce to architects' and brand teams' drawings, and suggest equivalents where a specified cloth is unavailable.
We have delivered contract projects to the Gulf. Shipping and installation crews are quoted separately.
