Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Cut fabric sold by the meter
• Special-order items
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process refunds.
